The Integrated Yoga Anatomy (IYA) Manual is a 108 page manual created by Haunani.  Every year the manual is updated to reflect the latest research, growth, and integrated understanding within the path of Yoga and Ayurveda.  The entire manual is grounded and created from yoga philosophy - particularly Pantanjali's Sutra 2.46 Sthira Sukham Asanam.  It covers the foundations of both bio-medical and Asian medicine anatomy, physiology, philosophy, and concepts while interweaving their connection to Yoga and the tools within yoga: asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, mudra, and bhanda.  It is full of educational pearls, tips, and factoids to keep the material engaging and inspiring.

While it is highly recommended to hire Haunani as a guest yoga anatomy instructor (see Yoga Teacher Trainings), the IYA manual can be purchased by itself to be used in your own studio's YTT manual.  Once purchased, Haunani edits and updates the manual to meet the goals and needs of your YTT's mission.  Once purchased, the manual can then be used in subsequent trainings at no additional cost.
