Why work with Haunani?

...because you want to inspire healing from the inside out.

No body, no asana.  No breath, no practice.  No anatomy, no sthira.

...because you want to create an empowering team.

Your intention and vision is to create and deliver an amazing YTT to your community.  I get it.  I've been there too.  Let your YTT stand out even in the anatomy section.

...because you know the healing power of yoga.

And so does Haunani.  It's her passion and commitment to provide the most up to date, researched, and clinically tested Integrated Yoga Anatomy curriculum to your YTT.

Haunani [how-nah-nee] is an ambassador and transformational leader in Complementary Alternative and Integrated Medicine. For the past 18 years, Haunani has studied, practiced, and instructed on topics of modern bio-medicine anatomy, Eastern medicine philosophy (Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine), Yoga, and holistic health and wellness.  Weaving bio-medicine with Asian Medicine, she understands the complex and diverse systems of our body, mind, and spirit.  She has dedicated her life to keeping life sacred, living unapologetically, reducing suffering, and walking her talk through the daily practices of Yoga, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Haunani is an anatomy geek and it's not uncommon to find her reading an anatomy book or watching surgeries and dissections on YouTube "for fun."  Learn more about Haunani.
